What information this website collects from you, how it is used, what it is not used for, and which third parties have access. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six pieces of information: gender, birthdate, your self-assessment of health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. That information is sent to the carriers' quoting system to return rates, but we do not store it. To see quotes, you do not need to provide your name, home address, phone number, or email. Identical quote requests may be served from a brief cache to avoid redundant calls.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your quote answers are used to prefill a secure application run on the carriers' platform, and you are then subject to that platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), handles the application.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred way to receive a reply, a topic, and your message. It is delivered to the agency as email; your email address becomes the reply-to address. This site keeps no copy of the message, no message database, and no log of what people have asked.

Measurement

We measure page visits using first-party, cookieless tracking from this domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers are set; your IP address is masked before storage; referring page details are removed. Raw logs are deleted 90 days after collection. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control requests are not measured.

What we do not do

We do not sell or transfer visitor data. We do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics. The only third-party code that runs on this site is the carriers' application platform, and it runs only when you visit the apply page.
